Job Summary The Godown Incharge will be responsible for managing the complete warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, supervising loading and unloading activities, maintaining warehouse records, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of materials. The role requires coordination with the Sales, Purchase, Billing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate stock of tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, hardware, and other building materials.
- Monitor daily stock inward and outward entries.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
- Ensure proper storage and stacking of materials to avoid damage.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.

Warehouse Management
- Manage complete warehouse operations and ensure cleanliness and proper material arrangement.
- Allocate storage locations for all products.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile and premium products.
- Monitor warehouse safety standards and compliance.

Loading & Unloading
- Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Ensure correct quantity and quality during dispatch and receipt.
- Verify delivery challans, invoices, and GRNs before material movement.




- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.

Documentation & Register Maintenance
- Maintain Inward Register.
- Maintain Outward Register.
- Vehicle Loading & Dispatch Register.
- Gate Pass Register.
- Stock Transfer Register.
- Damage & Breakage Register.
- Daily Stock Movement Report.
- Update ERP/Excel records accurately.

Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Billing, and Logistics departments.
- Resolve stock-related issues promptly.
- Support project and retail dispatches as per priority.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience in stock handling of tiles, bath fittings, sanitaryware, or hardware products.
- Knowledge of inward/outward documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & ERP preferred).
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
