- Strategic Planning: Formulate brand plans and marketing strategies to meet corporate objectives and increase patient volume.
- Brand Management: Develop and promote the hospital’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, website content, social media, and traditional advertising campaigns (print, billboards).
- Market Research: Identify recent geographical areas, target markets, and analyze competitor activity (3 Cs method).
- Community Outreach & Relations:



Plan events and build relationships with community members, local physicians, and corporate partners to enhance visibility.
