As the organization continues its rapid expansion across India, we are looking for an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing, commercial excellence, and procurement transformation for large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects. Presence in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai Position Summary The General Manager – Procurement will lead the complete procurement function for all corporate commercial interior fit-out projects across India.

The role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing national vendor networks, optimizing procurement costs, ensuring timely material availability, standardizing procurement processes, and building a high-performing procurement organization. This is a strategic leadership position requiring extensive experience in commercial interiors, project procurement, SAP procurement systems, contract negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The incumbent will work closely with Design, Projects, Commercial, Finance (CAPEX & OPEX), Planning, QS, and Business teams to ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality, compliance,



and profitability.

Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract management.

Proven experience leading large procurement teams.

Hands-on SAP MM / Procurement module experience.

Experience handling procurement budgets running into hundreds of crores.

Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation expertise.
