Key Responsibilities :

- Operate and monitor gluing machines for flexible packaging production.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and job requirements.
- Ensure proper adhesive selection, preparation, and application.
- Maintain accurate glue application, alignment, and bonding quality.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure defect-free production.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
- Record production data, downtime, and machine performance in production logs.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS Packaging Materials, Sedex, GMP, and company quality standards.
- Maintain valuable housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the work area.
