Global Ecommerce Associate — Chigo Ventures (Drag)

About Us

We are an Indian startup with presence across the US, Canada, Japan, India, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei, and growing fast into new countries and marketplaces. Chigo Ventures is the company behind Drag, a herbal smokes brand built from India for a global market. We source as well as manufacture all our products in-house. We're a small, founder-led team moving quickly and building something ambitious from the ground up.

What you'll do

- Create and maintain product listings across our marketplaces (Amazon, Lazada, and others as we expand) - titles, images, descriptions, pricing, and category placement
- Keep inventory, pricing, and stock status accurate and in sync across platforms
- Create and manage shipments for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBL (Fulfilled by Lazada), including plan creation, tracking, and resolving shipment issues
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations: order processing, returns/refunds, and customer queries
- Monitor listing health and fix issues as they come up (suppressed listings, policy flags, content errors)
- Track basic performance metrics (sales, traffic, reviews) and share regular reports
- Support the launch of new marketplace listings when we enter a new country or platform, following guidance on categorization, compliance, and setup already worked out by the founder
- Flag anything unusual immediately such as customs holds, category rejections,



account health warnings, etc.

What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with a marketplace seller platform (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good written and oral English - you'll be handling customer queries and platform communication
- Detail-oriented and reliable with repetitive operational work
- Innovative mindset - comfortable suggesting better ways of doing things, not just following process
- Able to work and manage projects independently with minimal supervision - you'll be executing new-market and new-marketplace launches once the groundwork is set by the founder

Good to have (not required)
- Exposure to marketplaces beyond Amazon — Southeast Asia (Lazada, Shopee), Europe, the Middle East(Noon), Russia (Ozon), or others
- Basic familiarity with running ad campaigns (Amazon PPC or similar)
- Interest in eventually taking on more ownership as the role grows
