What You'll Do

- Resolve customer queries in German through Chat and Email.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and skilled customer support.

- Maintain quality standards and meet service-level expectations.

Eligibility




- Minimum B1 German Language Certification is mandatory.
- Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good written communication skills in both German and English.
