Experience: 2-4 years
CTC- upto 6 LPA depending upon years of experience and last CTC.
We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Generative AI Visual Designer who can use AI to conceptualise, develop and execute sophisticated visual communication.
This is not a conventional graphic-design role with occasional AI usage.
We are looking for someone who works AI-first—a designer who can move seamlessly from an idea or creative brief to visual exploration, moodboarding, image generation, storyboarding, campaign development, video concepts and polished final assets.
The Role:
You will work across Sparrow Interactive’s real-estate experience, architectural visualisation and experiential-technology projects to create:
High-quality brand and campaign visuals
Creative concepts and visual territories
AI-generated architectural and lifestyle imagery
Moodboards and visual style frames
Film keyframes and cinematic storyboards
Social-media campaigns and launch creatives
Presentation and pitch-deck visuals
Image-to-video and AI-assisted motion content
Consistent visual assets across multiple formats
Scalable AI-enabled creative workflows
Who We Are Looking For:
You should have strong foundations in:
Graphic design and visual communication
Composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
Art direction and concept development
Cinematic framing and visual storytelling
Image compositing and qualified post-production
Brand consistency across generated content
You must be proficient in several contemporary AI creative tools, such as:
Lovart, Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Ideogram, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Pika, Luma, Veo or similar platforms.
Knowledge of every tool is not mandatory. However,
candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn new tools quickly and select the right tool or model for each creative requirement.
AI Workflow Capability
We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how to:
Build structured image-generation workflows
Work with reference images, style references and moodboards
Maintain character, product and visual-style consistency
Use ControlNet, LoRA, inpainting, outpainting and image conditioning
Refine prompts systematically rather than through random iteration
Develop repeatable workflows for multiple projects
Combine outputs from several AI tools
Take AI-generated material into Photoshop for professional finishing
Upscale and prepare assets for high-resolution commercial use
Convert static concepts into storyboards and motion sequences
- Document workflows so they can be adopted by a larger creative team
Architectural and Real-Estate Relevance:
Experience in architecture, real estate, interiors, hospitality, luxury, advertising or cinematic visualisation will be strongly preferred.
The candidate must understand that AI output is only the starting point. Architectural fidelity, design sensitivity, brand relevance and professional finishing are non-negotiable.
What Your Portfolio Must Show
Please share
- Your strongest AI-generated visual projects
- Before-and-after examples showing raw generation and final output
- Moodboards, style frames or storyboards created using AI
- AI-generated video or image-to-video experiments
- Examples of consistent visual language across a campaign
- A brief explanation of the tools and workflow used for each project
Purely conventional graphic-design portfolios without substantial AI-led work will not be shortlisted.
