Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Agentic AI, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Experience with LangGraph for building multi-agent workflows is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Agentic AI principles.
- Integrate Vector Databases for semantic search, document retrieval, and knowledge management.
- Develop intelligent copilots and conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build AI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Implement prompt engineering, context management, and LLM orchestration techniques.
- Work with LangGraph to develop scalable agent workflows and autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
- Evaluate,



monitor, and improve AI model performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).
- Experience developing Agentic AI or AI agent-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI development tools.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and up-to-date software development practices.

Preferred Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LangGraph.
- Experience with LangChain and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience deploying AI applications on Azure cloud.
- Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI principles.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with global teams.
