Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through the chat support process.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.




- Document interactions accurately and follow company guidelines.
