Role Description The General Manager (Real Estate) is a full time, on-site role based in Dhanbad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of real estate projects and property management activities. The role involves supervising project planning and execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

The General

Manager will manage sales and leasing strategies, handle client relationships, and monitor market trends to support business growth. Demonstrated experience in real estate project management, including planning, scheduling,



and execution of residential or commercial projects.

Proven abilities in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication to support sales, leasing, and partner coordination.

Knowledge of local real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and approval processes relevant to projects in Dhanbad and surrounding areas.
