Role Description The General Manager – Operations (Solar) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees end-to-end operations for solar trading and EPC projects, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring across multiple sites.

The General

Manager is responsible for managing teams, coordinating with suppliers and clients, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Daily activities include optimizing operational processes, tracking budgets and resource utilization, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.



The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align operations with business strategy and customer expectations.

Qualifications Strong General Management skills, including strategic planning and decision-making.

Proficiency in Operations Management, with experience in project execution, process optimization, and workflow coordination.

Ability to lead Team Management activities, such as mentoring, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Competence in Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational goals.

Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on relationship management and issue resolution.

Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector, preferably in EPC or project-based environments.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and travel to project locations as needed.
