Role Description The General Manager Operations will oversee daily hotel operations across Shri Ram Excellency Group properties in Jodhpur, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and consistent service standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and support functions, while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role involves monitoring budgets and cost controls, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing standard operating procedures to improve performance and profitability.

The General Manager

Operations will lead and develop teams, coordinate staff scheduling and training,



and collaborate with senior leadership on business strategies, performance reviews, and new initiatives. The position also requires close attention to safety, compliance, and quality, as well as effective handling of escalated guest concerns and feedback.

Qualifications Strong General Management and Operations Management skills, with experience overseeing multi-department hotel or hospitality operations.

Proficiency in Customer Service, with a track record of maintaining high guest satisfaction and resolving escalated issues calmly and effectively.

Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including staff supervision, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.

Solid Budgeting and financial management skills, including cost control, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Relevant experience in hospitality, hotel management, or service-focused industries; prior multi-property or full-service hotel exposure is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and operational discipline.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
