Role Description The General Manager Operations is a full-time role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area and may require travel across campuses. The GM will be responsible for overseeing key operational activities across CS Academy campuses, new project execution and quality control.

The General Manager

Operations collaborates with school leadership on planning, implementing,



and monitoring operational policies; manages budgets and resources; and drives process improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves leading and mentoring operational teams and maintaining high standards of service for students, families, and staff. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid General Management and Team Management skills, with experience leading diverse, multi-functional teams.

Candidates should possess Operations Management expertise, including process optimization, facilities oversight, and coordination of administrative functions.

Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities, focusing on stakeholder satisfaction and effective communication.

Candidates should possess Budgeting and resource management skills, including planning, forecasting, and cost control.

Relevant experience in educational institutions or service-oriented organizations is beneficial.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred.
