Role Description The General Manager for Canada opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This position oversees the end-to-end operations related to Canada immigration services, including managing client intake, supervising case processing, and ensuring compliance with applicable immigration guidelines and internal quality standards.

The General

Manager leads and mentors the local team, sets performance targets, and coordinates with senior leadership to develop service offerings and business strategies for the Canada market. Daily responsibilities include reviewing complex client cases, optimizing workflows, managing key client relationships, tracking operational metrics, and implementing process improvements.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive growth, representing the organization in professional forums, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration policies.

Qualifications

Experience in immigration consulting, international education, or related professional services, with a solid understanding of Canadian visa and immigration pathways.

Proven leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.

Strong operational and business management abilities, such as process optimization, workflow design, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent client-facing skills, including relationship management, consultation, conflict resolution, and service quality oversight.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, international relations, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
