Role & responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Expertise in:

- Google Compute Engine

- VPC Networking

- VMware Migration

- Hyper-V Migration

- Database Migration Service (DMS)

- Terraform

- Storage Transfer Service (STS)

- Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Linux Administration

- Bash/Shell Scripting

- Migration Planning & Execution

- Experience designing and implementing hybrid cloud and cloud migration solutions.

- Robust understanding of networking concepts including routing, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.

- Knowledge of migration methodologies, risk assessment, and cutover planning.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

- Google Cloud certifications such as:

- Associate Cloud Engineer

- Professional Cloud Architect

- Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer

- Experience with enterprise infrastructure modernization projects.

- Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning.

- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
