We're looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 Gameplay Programmer to join our indie studio and help build a stylized multiplayer FPS game for Steam. Responsibilities

Develop gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5

Build and optimize multiplayer networking using UE5 replication

Implement weapon systems (snipers, shooting mechanics, hit detection)

Develop player movement and character abilities

Create matchmaking and lobby systems

Integrate Steamworks features

Optimize gameplay performance for PC

Collaborate closely with our small team to ship on Steam

FPS or shooter development experience

Experience with Blueprints Application Requirements
