- 6months - 2years years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning.

- Solid expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning.

- Good understanding of:

- Category Management

- Range Planning

- Localized Assortments

- Retail KPIs (Sales, Margin, Sell-through, GMROI)

- Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations (SAP, Oracle RMS, Blue Yonder, etc.).

- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
