Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using the latest Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and automation frameworks. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimise model performance for production use.
- Build AI agents and workflow automation using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Integrate AI models with web applications and backend services through APIs.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver AI features.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML.




- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus).
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have
- Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
- Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Experience building AI SaaS products.
