Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the core functionality of our AI-powered resume screening platform, working across the entire application stack. You will contribute to a product that significantly impacts how businesses discover and hire talent, playing a key role in shaping the future of recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack solutions for our AI resume screening platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across both front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support data flow and functionality between various components of the platform.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the entire development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Required Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of qualified experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency with the MERN stack (MongoDB,



Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Solid experience in Java development and related frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in developing AI-native applications or integrating AI/ML models into full-stack systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Experience with database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience in the HR tech or SaaS industry.
