Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Labs, we're creating a human-first social platform that helps people build meaningful friendships, trusted communities, and stronger relationships. We believe technology should strengthen human connection, not compete for people's attention. We're looking for Full-Stack Engineer to build the platform from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll maintain someone else's codebase.

You'll be the engineer who helps turn an idea into a real product.

From the first line of code to the first thousand users, you'll have a direct impact on what we build, how we build it, and where the company goes next. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than just an employee.

We are looking for a founding engineer. ? What You'll Build

You'll work across the entire product, including:

Mobile applications

Backend services and APIs

Real-time messaging and notifications

Authentication and user management

Social features, feeds, and communities

AI-powered experiences and integrations

Scalable cloud infrastructure

Product architecture and engineering foundations

As the product grows, you'll help shape our engineering culture, technical direction, and future team. ? What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, curious,



honest, and excited to solve difficult problems.

You should have experience with:

React Native or Flutter

Next.js

TypeScript or JavaScript

Node.js, Python, or Go

PostgreSQL or similar databases

REST APIs or GraphQL

Git and Cloud platforms

Strong software engineering fundamentals ? Bonus if you've worked with:

WebSockets

Redis

Docker

AI APIs or LLMs
