We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.

The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor who can independently own feature delivery from requirement analysis through production deployment. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

Our infrastructure is primarily hosted on AWS, with applications deployed on Amazon EKS. We encourage engineers to responsibly use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity, testing, documentation, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Independently own feature delivery from requirement analysis and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Design and develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces using React and TypeScript or JavaScript.

Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver business requirements.

Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code and design reviews.

Develop and support containerized applications deployed on AWS and Amazon EKS.

Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using TeamCity.





Troubleshoot application and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability and performance.

Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting while validating all generated outputs.

Proactively communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions while contributing to engineering best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

Solid experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based development, hooks, routing, and state management.

Experience with relational databases and working knowledge of NoSQL technologies such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Redis.

Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying or supporting services on Amazon EKS.

Experience using CI/CD pipelines, preferably using TeamCity, along with proficiency in Git and Maven or Gradle.

Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, application security, automated testing, performance, and observability.

Ability to independently plan, develop, and deliver production-ready features with minimal supervision while taking accountability for quality and reliability.

Robust communication, collaboration, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
