You'll work on a large-scale integration platform for a leading player in the distribution and e-commerce industry, connecting customer-facing storefronts with warehouse and enterprise systems. This isn't a CRUD-and-dashboard role; you'll build the backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend experiences that power order management, inventory synchronization, product catalogs, and system interoperability within a scalable, multi-layered architecture. You'll work directly with the founding team in a high-ownership engineering environment.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

Build secure, scalable REST APIs and business logic for enterprise applications.

Design efficient database schemas and optimize SQL queries for performance and reliability.

Develop frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.

Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and enhance system reliability.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

Work with Git, Docker,



and CI/CD pipelines to support modern development and deployment workflows. Must-Have

Backend Engineering

4+ years building backend or full stack applications using Node.js and TypeScript, including REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and third-party integrations.

Strong understanding of backend architecture, software design principles, and scalable application development.

Frontend Engineering

Production experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Comfortable building component-based user interfaces, managing application state, and integrating frontend applications with backend APIs end to end.

Databases

Strong experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and writing efficient SQL beyond ORM-generated queries.

Engineering Practices

Experience with Git and team-oriented development workflows.

Experience working with Docker and containerized environments.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the application stack. Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices,



caching, messaging technologies (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka), or event-driven architectures.
