*Option 1 Contract Completion Payout - Successfully complete the 8-month contractual period and receive a lump-sum payout of 70,000, subject to satisfactory performance and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Upon receiving the payout, candidates may choose to conclude their engagement with the company. *Option 2 ESOP-Based Compensation - Eligible candidates may opt for compensation through the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
- ESOPs will be granted in accordance with the company's ESOP policy.
- At the end of the 8-month contractual period, the ESOPs will be evaluated as per the company's policy and may either continue to vest or be converted into monetary value, subject to company terms and performance. *Option 3 Permanent Employment Opportunity - Candidates who successfully complete the 8-month contractual period and demonstrate strong performance may be offered a full-time permanent position, subject to business requirements and company evaluation.
