The selected candidates will undergo structured practical training, project-based learning and performance evaluation to develop industry-ready technical skills.

Compensation ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month initially and after successful completion of the training/internship program, subject to performance and final selection. Compensation may be revised upward based on individual performance, skills, and role offered.
