Work with a highly skilled team of engineers to turn business requirements into technical requirements with clear technical specifications.

Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution.

Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and high performance.

Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.

Translate business goals into clear product and engineering priorities.





Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.

Collaborate with the development, design, and growth team to come up with creative and scalable solutions for Spocket.

Help develop and maintain key features of the existing platform.

Help uncover new and innovative ways to enhance customer experience and platform useability.

Maintain, manage, and scale our current stack on an ongoing basis.

You have at least 8 years of full-stack development experience.

You have used the following stack for more than 6-8 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional).
