We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our web portal and Android application with three user modules:

- Admin Panel

- Employer Panel

- Employee (Job Seeker) Panel

Key Responsibilities
1. Admin Panel

- Develop a complete admin dashboard.
- Manage employers and job seeker accounts.
- Approve/reject employer registrations.
- Manage job postings and applications.
- Monitor subscriptions and payments.
- Dashboard analytics and reports.
- Content, category, and location management.
- User verification and role management.
- Notification and announcement management.

1. Employer Panel

- Employer registration and profile management.
- Post, edit, and manage job vacancies.
- Search and shortlist candidates.
- View and manage job applications.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Subscription and billing management.
- Download candidate resumes.
- Dashboard with recruitment analytics.





1. Employee (Job Seeker) Panel

- Candidate registration and profile creation.
- Resume upload and profile management.
- Search and apply for healthcare jobs.
- Track application status.
- Save favourite jobs.
- Receive interview notifications.
- Update education, experience, and certifications.
- Job alerts and recommended jobs.

Technical Responsibilities
- Develop the web portal using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
- Develop and maintain the Android application (Java/Kotlin or React Native).
- Build secure REST APIs.
- Integrate payment gateway, OTP, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
- Optimize application performance and security.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud servers.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX and product team.

Required Skills
- MERN Stack Development.
- Android App Development (Java/Kotlin or React Native).
- REST API Development.
- MongoDB Database Design.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Git/GitHub.
- Basic cloud deployment knowledge.

Preferred Skills
- Experience building Job Portals, HRMS, ATS, or Recruitment Software.
- Firebase integration.
- AI and chatbot integration.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
