Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Mobile and Web)

Education/Qualification: Bachelor°ree; in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in App development, preferably social media/e-commerce in any startup/MNC Knowledge and experience in complete PDLC Expertise in Frontend- Native app development, web development.

Hands on experience in managing teams for –o Backend (MongoDB , MySQL , Postgresql , Django , Node.js , PHP ( Laravel , Codeigniter )o UI/UX- Figma/Sketch/Adobe creative suiteo Analytics- Google Analysis, Firebase Analysis etc.o AWS- EC 2 , S3 , Route53 , Lambda Functionality

 Good leader and Team Player Valuable Team Management, resource allocation, communication skills Project risk analysis, gap analysis Proactive

Roles/Responsibilities: (Executing) from Technical Requirement gathering to testing and successfully deployment of the app + admin panel Ability to manage and deliver App Development and do continuous improvements in product sprints as per business requirement Front-end specific app development as per required tech-stack. Delegate tasks and achieving the daily, weekly,



and monthly task goals. Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work schedules for the team. Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible. Collect Feedbacks, create testing plan, improvement plan and re-development of app. Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management. This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significant standard. Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments. Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when required. Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the relevant stakeholders. Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well Team Management-manage, lead and motivate, Resource Management, identifying gaps Vendor Management end-to-end, Documentation- All tech documents, PRDs, Testing Documents, Task/Team management,project road mapping, Tech Budgeting, Note of Approvals, Tech finance/accounts etc.
