AI Application Developer – Claude and Codex

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Application Developer who can create complete web applications primarily by using Claude and Codex.

The developer will use natural-language prompts to instruct AI coding assistants to plan the application, generate frontend and backend code, create database structures, fix errors, write tests, and prepare the application for deployment.

This role is suitable for someone who understands software development concepts and can guide AI tools effectively. The developer does not need to write every line of code manually, but must be able to review, test, organize, and improve the code generated by Claude and Codex.

Key Responsibilities

- Use Claude and Codex to create complete web applications from written requirements.
- Convert business ideas into clear prompts and development tasks.
- Prompt AI tools to generate frontend pages, components, backend APIs, database models, and application logic.
- Use React and Vite for frontend application development.
- Guide AI assistants through the complete application-development process.
- Ask AI tools to install dependencies, configure projects, and connect application components.
- Use AI assistants to identify and fix bugs.
- Generate authentication, forms, dashboards, reports, and other application features using prompts.
- Prompt AI tools to create database schemas and integrate databases.
- Generate unit tests, integration tests, and technical documentation with AI assistance.
- Review AI-generated code and confirm that it works correctly.
- Test applications manually and report errors back to the AI assistant with clear context.
- Refine prompts until the required feature works as expected.
- Use Git and GitHub to manage application code and versions.




- Deploy completed applications to platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Render, or cloud services.
- Maintain records of useful prompts, project instructions, and development workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical experience using Claude and Codex for software development.
- Robust prompt-writing skills.
- Ability to explain application requirements clearly to AI assistants.
- Ability to divide a large project into smaller tasks and prompts.
- Basic understanding of React, Vite, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and web applications.
- Ability to read and understand AI-generated code.
- Ability to copy, run, test, and organize generated code.
- Ability to provide error messages, screenshots, logs, and relevant code context to AI tools.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, terminal commands, npm, Git, and GitHub.
- Ability to test whether generated features meet the original requirements.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete applications using AI-assisted workflows.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating complete applications using mostly AI-generated code.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Supabase.
- Experience deploying web applications.
- Familiarity with authentication, API integrations, payment gateways, and cloud databases.




- Experience using AI tools to create minimum viable products and prototypes.
- Understanding of application security and data privacy.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, or Docker.

Typical AI-Assisted Workflow The developer will:
- Receive an application idea or feature requirement.
- Ask Claude to create a project plan and technical structure.
- Use Claude and Codex to generate the required code.
- Run the generated code locally.
- Share errors and logs with the AI assistants.
- Prompt the AI tools to correct and improve the code.
- Test every feature and verify the expected result.
- Use AI assistants to create tests and documentation.
- Deploy the completed application.
- Maintain and update the application through additional prompts.

Important Requirement The developer will not be expected to manually write every line of code. However, the developer must be capable of operating the development environment, understanding the application structure, testing generated code, identifying problems, and guiding Claude and Codex until the application works correctly. Simply copying AI-generated code without reviewing or testing it will not be acceptable.

- Create a complete admin dashboard using React and Vite.
- Generate a login and user-registration system.
- Build frontend forms and connect them to backend APIs.
- Create database tables and application workflows.
- Integrate payment gateways and third-party APIs.
- Fix application errors using logs and AI-generated recommendations.
- Generate responsive layouts from written descriptions or design references.
- Deploy the completed application to a hosting platform.
