About The Role We're hiring two Senior Fullstack Developers who will also take on Team Lead responsibilities, working in a US-aligned shift with a remote/WFH setup. This role is ideal for individuals seeking ownership over a scalable product rather than merely executing tickets.

The successful candidates will be decisive, accountable, and capable of making quick decisions independently, especially during US hours when the rest of the organization may be offline. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute significantly to the development of innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of strong IT or product development experience, demonstrating ownership over scalable projects beyond simple feature implementation. Proven leadership experience, whether formal or informal, is essential, as is the ability to mentor and review code effectively.

Candidates should be decisive, proactive, and comfortable making judgment calls quickly to keep projects moving forward. A minimum commitment of two years is expected,



with a stable employment history reflecting job stability. A proper WFH setup, including reliable internet, power backup, and a dedicated workspace suitable for focused work during US hours, is required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of scalable, production-grade projects, including architecture decisions, code quality, and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers, reviewing code, resolving issues, and maintaining high execution standards.
- Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders during shift hours, making independent decisions when leadership is unavailable.
- Take full accountability for project outcomes, proactively flagging risks, raising issues early, and driving resolution without waiting for instructions.
- Ensure the technical integrity of the product by implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Participate in planning, estimation, and continuous improvement activities to optimize team performance and project delivery.

Tech Stack Our technology environment includes MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot (backend), and React/Angular (frontend). We also utilize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, with backend development involving Python, Django, or FastAPI, complemented by React for frontend development. Familiarity with these technologies or similar frameworks is desirable to ensure seamless integration and effective contribution to our projects.





Work Details

- Shift: US timezone — work hours commence at 7:30 PM IST, with an approximate 8.5-hour shift.
- Days: Monday to Friday, remote/WFH setup.
- Weekend Expectation: On-call availability for critical issues during high-priority periods; this does not involve a standing weekend shift but requires flexibility to check in when necessary.
- Location: Remote (Work From Home), equipped with a reliable internet connection and power backup to support US hours.
