Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month About the Role Adgion Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer & Client Onboarding Executive to develop, maintain, and enhance our SaaS CRM platform, Synqer.io, while also managing client onboarding, product demonstrations, implementation, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities Software Development - Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy new product features.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure application security.
- Work with Git and collaborate with the development team.

Client

Onboarding & Product Implementation - Onboard new clients and configure their accounts.

- Collect, verify, and maintain client onboarding documents.
- Provide online and offline product demonstrations.
- Train clients on Synqer.io features and best practices.
- Handle customer implementation and product setup.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve customer issues.
- Gather client feedback and recommend product improvements.

Technical

Support - Provide technical support via phone, WhatsApp,



email, and remote sessions.

- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain onboarding and support documentation.

Required Skills - 1–3 years of experience in MERN Stack Development.

- Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API, AI tools, cloud applications, and CRM software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Language

Requirements - Fluent in English

- Fluent in Hindi
- Fluent in Bengali Qualification - B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent.

Preferred

Candidate - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ready to join immediately will be preferred.
