We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong programming skills and a passion for building modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in frontend and backend development and be comfortable leveraging AI coding copilots and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.

You will be responsible for developing applications using the Arcstone platform (arc.studio / arc.flow) , integrating enterprise systems, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom enterprise applications using the Arcstone platform (arc.studio / arc.flow) .
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, REST APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems including SAP, databases, external APIs, and eQube .
- Build and manage data models, dashboards, and reporting components.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components.
- Support application deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollouts.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement enhancements to improve performance and usability.
- Ensure best practices in coding, application security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with Business, IT, and Vendor teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI coding copilots and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
- Build applications with an AI-driven mindset , identifying opportunities for intelligent automation and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.




- Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS .
- Hands-on experience with the Arcstone platform (arc.studio / arc.flow) .
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integration services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL / MS SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience with GitHub , Azure DevOps , and Visual Studio Code (mandatory) .
- Understanding of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on low-code/no-code platforms .
- Experience in manufacturing or enterprise application environments .
- Exposure to Power Platform, Mendix, ThingWorx , or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar AI development tools .
