We're looking for a full stack developer who can build, ship, and maintain production web applications with a good amount of independence.

This isn't a role where you'll only work on one part of the stack. You'll build frontend interfaces, backend systems, deploy your work, maintain production applications, and occasionally build internal tools that make the team faster.

We use AI extensively in our development workflow, but we're not looking for someone who relies on AI to do the engineering for them. We're looking for someone who can think through problems, write clean code, debug production issues, and ship high-quality software.

What you'll work on

- Building websites and web applications using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js
- Turning Figma designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces
- Building APIs, authentication systems, and payment integrations
- Deploying and maintaining production applications
- Improving existing codebases and fixing production issues
- Building internal tools and automations for the team

What we're looking for

- Strong experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Ability to build complete web applications from frontend to backend
- Experience working with APIs, authentication, databases, and payment gateways




- Ability to deploy and maintain production applications
- Clean, maintainable code and good engineering practices
- Good communication skills and strong ownership

Live production work matters far more than tutorial projects. If you've built products that real people use, we'd love to see them. Freshers are welcome to apply if your work demonstrates solid engineering ability.

- Docker
- SSH and basic server management
- An understanding of marketing or conversion-focused product design

Compensation

- ₹40,000–₹70,000 per month
- Based on skill, speed, quality of work, and level of independence
- One-month probation at ₹20,000

Work setup

- 8 hours per day
- 6 days a week
- Working hours begin from 12:00 PM
- Primary communication through Discord
