Position Summary :

Artivo Surfaces is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications that support internal operations and customer-facing platforms. This role works across the stack from React-based front ends to .NET back-end services and databases and partners closely with product, design, and IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable software. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning a feature end-to-end: from data model, to API, to UI, to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React on the front end and .NET (C#) on the back end.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal systems (ERP, CRM, inventory) and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas, stored procedures, and queries (SQL Server or similar).
- Translate business and product requirements into technical designs, in partnership with product managers and designers.
- Build responsive, accessible UI components and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control for internal and customer-facing apps.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack, including performance bottlenecks.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to safeguard code quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring/alerting.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and runbooks for internal knowledge sharing.




- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code standards and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, architecture, and practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React (hooks, state management, component architecture, performance optimization).
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#, including building and securing Web APIs.
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, including responsive design principles.
- Experience designing and querying relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar), including performance tuning.




- Experience with RESTful API design, integration, and versioning.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, OOP principles, and clean architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and standard version control/branching workflows. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Experience with Azure AD / MSAL (or similar OAuth/OIDC provider) for authentication and single sign-on.
- Familiarity with Redis or similar in-memory caching solutions.
- Experience writing automated tests and participating in code review processes.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an Agile team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code.
- Deep experience with Entity Framework or similar ORMs, including migrations.
- Exposure to containerization and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Docker/Kubernetes generally.
- Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or building materials industry.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, xUnit, Cypress, or similar) and test-driven development.
- Experience with UX/UI design collaboration tools (Figma) and design systems.
- Prior experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP).
- Mobile development experience (React Native or similar cross-platform framework).
- Experience with Azure Blob Storage or similar cloud object storage for file/asset management.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor / Application Insights or similar observability tools.
- Experience with NuGet package management and Azure Artifacts feeds.
