Position : Full stack/Backend Engineer (Node JS, React)

Overall/Total Experience : 4-6 years only

Location : Gurugram (Only for Delhi/NCR Candidates)

Working Days : 5 Days Working from office

Client's Company Size : Startup/Small Enterprise

Interview Process : F2F at the Gurugram office (Machine Coding Technical) and will take approximately 2 hours.

Role &

Responsibilities :

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend components with a strong focus on real-time communication and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to both frontend and backend development.
- Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration.
- Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing.
- Knowledge of AWS.

Ideal Candidate :





- Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js Node.js) Profiles.
- Must have 4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with solid expertise in React.js and Node.js.
- Must have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
- Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
- Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.
- Preferred (Skills) Exposure to real-time socket communication, omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.
