Technical Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion development best practices.

Backend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance Java Spring microservices and APIs.

Frontend Engineering: Develop highly interactive, responsive user interfaces using React and modern state management.
