FTC- Ecommerce Sales Operations;We are seeking an FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) Ecommerce Sales Operations professional to support and optimize our online sales channels. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of e-commerce strategies, contributing to increased sales and an enhanced customer experience across our digital platforms.Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across various e-commerce platforms.

Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Implement and track performance of digital marketing campaigns and promotional offers.

Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.

Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability on e-commerce channels.

Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to management.





Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Support the resolution of customer queries and issues related to online orders.

Ensure compliance with all e-commerce platform guidelines and company policies.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience (0-1 years) in e-commerce sales operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Prior experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
