Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Kyzen Hotel in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling room assignments and reservations. The associate will respond to guest inquiries in person and over the phone, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and ensure all front desk records and payments are accurately maintained.

Daily responsibilities include managing the reception area, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.



The role requires consistent adherence to hotel policies, a polished professional demeanor, and a strong focus on creating a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions, manage check-in and check-out, and resolve concerns calmly and efficiently.

- Proficiency in receptionist duties and front office operations, including reception desk management, reservations handling, and basic cash and billing procedures.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for managing calls, providing clear information, and coordinating with internal teams.

- Attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with hotel management or booking systems (training can be provided).

- Ability to work in shifts, maintain a professional appearance, and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

- Prior experience in front office or customer-facing roles in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
