We are seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer to join our team building the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform, a foundational service serving millions of customers daily. The platform supports 150+ applications, cloud services, and third-party developers managing authentication, authorization, profiles, and entitlements.

As a key team member, you will:

- Work effectively as part of a self-organized Agile team owning the web application and cloud service.
- Lead front-end development ensuring adherence to UX guidelines.
- Build responsive, cross-platform UIs for web, desktop, and mobile devices.
- Contribute to all aspects of cloud service development, including front-end, backend, DevOps, and quality assurance.
- Assist in service operation, including monitoring, alerting, logging, metrics, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into elegant implementations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in scalability, reliability, usability, and security.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Robust analytical, debugging,



and troubleshooting skills across multiple system components.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and experience with TypeScript.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and building modern web/mobile applications.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility, front-end testing (unit & automation), and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins).
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
- Hands-on experience with front-end tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Go, Java, or Python is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software design, architectural patterns, and cloud design paradigms.
- Proven ability to write maintainable, reusable, and high-performance code.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL and Oracle.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leveraging or contributing to open-source projects.
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and adopt best practices.
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability over projects.
