The Role

We want a talented Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer who can both design and build fast, beautiful, intuitive experiences. This isn't just about making pages look good. It's about creating experiences that help users understand our product in seconds, navigate effortlessly, and take action. You'll own both:

The product UI, the app our customers use every day.

The website, our marketing site and landing pages, built for speed, SEO, and conversion.

What You'll Do

- Design clean, modern, intuitive interfaces for our product and website.
- Build responsive, mobile-first, high-performance pages using React/Next.js.
- Continuously improve our website for speed, usability, and conversion.
- Create intuitive user flows and turn complex ideas into simple, clear interfaces.
- Design landing pages that communicate our product and value in seconds.
- Keep branding, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy consistent everywhere.
- Build with performance and SEO-friendly fundamentals (semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility basics).
- Maintain scalable, reusable components,



and work closely with product and marketing.

What We're Looking For Must-have (core):

- Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Next.js, with 1-2 years of experience.
- A strong design eye: typography, spacing, layout, colour, visual consistency.
- Ability to design user journeys and turn complexity into intuitive interfaces (Figma or similar).
- 1-2 years building responsive, high-performance websites and product UIs.
- Conversion-focused design instincts.

Nice to have (you'll grow into these):

- Awareness of technical SEO and page-speed/Lighthouse optimisation.
- Accessibility (WCAG) awareness.
- Familiarity with analytics or A/B testing (Google Analytics, Search Console, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar).

Bonus:

- Experience with AI SaaS or B2B SaaS products.
- Copywriting / conversion-messaging sense.
- Animation and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with CMS or headless architectures.
