Key Responsibilities

1. Inquiry & Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding: Support new hires during onboarding and facilitate exit processes.
4. Employee Self-Service Assistance: Guide employees with self-service tools and resources.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance.
6. Benefit Administration: Provide assistance related to employee benefits.
7. Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports to aid administrative decisions.
8. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships within the workplace.
9. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to front desk processes.

Requirements

- Education:




- Undergraduate: Any Graduate.
- Postgraduate: Any Postgraduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and administrative tasks.

- Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift).
- Work Mode: Completely Work from Office.
- Facilities for Females: Drop-off facility provided if residing within 8–10 km of the office.
