Position

Receptionist (Full-Time)

Location: Spinalogy Clinic, Aundh, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and billing using clinic software.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly reception area.
- Assist with administrative and front-office tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office; experience with clinic software is an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
