Customer Experience Executive (Front of House)

Location: Sugar Brush Cake Studio, Nungambakkam, Chennai

Do you genuinely enjoy talking to people, staying organised, and creating memorable customer experiences?

We're looking for a warm, confident and well-presented Customer Experience Executive to be the face of Sugar Brush.

You'll be the first person our customers meetwhether they walk into the studio, call us, or message usand you'll play a key role in turning enquiries into happy customers.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Understand each customer's celebration and cake requirements.
- Guide customers through flavours, sizes, designs and pricing.

Sales & Order Management

- Prepare quotations for bespoke cake orders.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with customers on design approvals and order details.
- Collect payments and ensure orders are confirmed correctly.

Operations

- Coordinate dispatch of custom cake orders through cab services.
- Handle Swiggy and Zomato order dispatches.
- Ensure all orders leave the studio accurately and on time.
- Maintain order records and customer information.

Studio Management

- Keep the reception and customer area neat and welcoming.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and design team to ensure smooth communication.




- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, approachable and naturally enjoys interacting with people.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Organised and able to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
- Confident speaking over the phone and following up with customers.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
- Sales-oriented without being pushy.
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems independently.
- Punctual, reliable and detail-oriented.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, retail or reception is preferred.
- Experience handling premium clientele is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Bonus If You Have
- Experience in food & beverage, cafs, bakeries or luxury retail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management.
- A passion for celebrations, desserts and beautiful design.
