- Act as a liaison between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Follow up on medical reports of patients discharged from medical institutes.
- Ensure timely collection of medical documents and reports as per client-defined timelines.
- Maintain clear and professional verbal communication with stakeholders in an international voice process.
- Ensure accurate documentation and escalation of delays or issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be a graduate (in any stream).
- Should be dedicated, punctual, and adaptable.
