Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fresher Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Surat.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will assist in reviewing requirements, understanding user flows, and helping define basic test scenarios for web and mobile applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, logging and tracking defects, and verifying fixes. The role involves collaborating closely with developers, designers,



and product teams to help ensure that releases meet quality standards.

The engineer will also support documentation of test results and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.

Qualifications

Foundational understanding of software testing concepts such as test cases, test plans, defect lifecycle, and basic QA methodologies.

Ability to work with web and mobile applications, including basic familiarity with browsers, operating systems, and common application workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in identifying issues and inconsistencies.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work in an on-site, team-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).

Basic understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and version control tools is an advantage.

Exposure to any testing tools (manual or automation), or relevant academic projects/internships, is a plus.
