Role Description The Freelancing Inspection Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on conducting independent inspections at manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities include performing pre-shipment and third-party inspections, witnessing tests and hold points, reviewing material certificates, and verifying product conformity with client specifications and relevant standards. The role involves supervising packing, marking, and loading processes, documenting findings with explicit photographs, and preparing concise inspection reports within defined timelines.

The Inspection





Engineer will liaise with vendors and client representatives, ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures, and maintain strict confidentiality. This position requires frequent factory visits and hands-on assessment of electrical, mechanical, and related engineering products.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection, with experience in pre-shipment and third-party inspections.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, including industrial components, fabrication, and mechanical testing.

Candidates should possess relevant skills in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of electrical equipment, basic circuits, and inspection of electrical systems.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Testing activities such as hydrotests, FAT, welding and NDT-related checks, and performance verification.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and international standards.

Strong report writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide clear photographic documentation.

Willingness to work on-site in factories, travel within the region as required, and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Prior experience in third-party inspection, vendor audits, or quality assurance in industrial sectors is an advantage.
