About the Role

ThreatXIntel is looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Baan Consultant to support a large-scale ERP separation and data migration initiative for a global manufacturing client.

This engagement is part of a corporate spin-off project where the client's AI and Data Center business is being separated into a newly established legal entity. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, ERP teams, and ETL developers to analyze, document, migrate, validate, and test critical Baan ERP data.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong expertise in Baan 5 / Infor LN , Supply Chain, Finance, data migration, and ERP testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Reverse engineer undocumented Baan 5 / Infor LN customizations
- Analyze existing business processes and application configurations
- Configure master data for the recent company entity
- Company Codes
- Financial Structures
- Purchase Offices
- Warehouses
- Inventory Organizations
- Work with Informatica and ETL teams by providing
- Database table mappings
- Business rules
- Data extraction logic
- Transformation requirements
- Support legacy ERP data extraction and migration
- Validate migrated master and transactional data




- Configure and execute Baan Exchange Scheme data loads
- Create SIT and UAT test cases and execute testing
- Validate migrated Purchase Orders, Inventory, Financial Transactions, and Open Orders
- Troubleshoot Baan batch jobs including MRP sessions
- Validate integrations including EDI/API interfaces
- Coordinate business validation activities during migration
- Work with functional and technical teams to resolve migration issues

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Baan ERP experience
- Strong expertise in Baan 5 or Infor LN
- Techno-functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance modules
- Strong ERP data migration experience
- Hands-on experience with Baan Exchange Scheme
- Experience with ERP master data and transactional data migration
- Knowledge of Baan database tables and data structures
- Experience working with Informatica or similar ETL tools
- SIT and UAT testing experience
- Understanding of MRP processing
- Experience troubleshooting ERP interfaces
- Strong SQL skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
