About the Prospect Wrixty Services is hiring experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to support our growing recruitment business across multiple industries. If you have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, this is an excellent opportunity to earn based on your performance.
Please Note: This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no fixed salary or monthly payout.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates as per the job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates until they successfully join.
- Maintain quality and timely profile submissions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of HR Recruitment experience.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
