Role Description The Freelance Corporate Trainer and Consultant will deliver instructor-led corporate training programs and workshops to client organizations on-site in Chennai. This contract role involves designing and facilitating training sessions, preparing learning materials and case studies, and customizing content to align with client objectives across business, technology, and leadership domains. The trainer will conduct assessments, provide feedback to participants, and support organizations with consulting inputs on process improvement,



operational excellence, and capability development.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating with ISEL Global’s training team, aligning schedules with client requirements, documenting training outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of training content and methodologies.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver corporate training and executive workshops in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, or business transformation.

Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related frameworks).

Applied experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related technology domains such as AI/ML or Python.

Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and emerging technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups.

Proven experience in corporate training, consulting, or industry roles relevant to the topics delivered (typically 5+ years).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related discipline; professional certifications in relevant domains are highly desirable.

Strong client-facing skills, including stakeholder management, needs assessment, and the ability to tailor content to organizational goals.

Capacity to work on a contract basis, manage multiple assignments, and maintain professional standards in an in office environment.
