Company Description The Brownie Circles (TBC) is a premium bakery brand that began as an online seller of indulgent brownies in 2021 and has grown into a full-fledged bakery-dessert store in Bengaluru. The company currently operates 7 outlets, 1 cloud kitchen, and has 2 new outlets under development in the city. TBC offers more than 15 varieties of brownies and specializes in desserts, cake tubs, custom cakes, confectioneries, and French pastry.

In addition to its retail operations, TBC also serves as a baking school, providing aspiring students from smaller towns and cities access to French-style baking education and training.

Role Description The Franchise Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing franchise operations, ensuring brand standards, and supporting franchise partners in achieving sales and profitability targets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with franchise owners on store performance, implementing operational and quality controls, monitoring inventory and supply processes, and ensuring consistent customer experience across locations.

The Franchise

Manager will also participate in franchise expansion planning, assist with onboarding and training of new franchise partners,



and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute local promotions and brand initiatives. Regular reporting, performance analysis, and problem-solving to address franchise-related issues are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications Experience in franchise management, multi-outlet retail operations, Cafe or QSR/food service leadership.

Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and stakeholder communication.

Proficiency in operational planning, process management, and quality assurance for customer-facing businesses.

Ability to analyze sales and performance data, prepare reports, and make data-informed decisions.

Comfort with training and coaching franchise partners and their teams on brand standards and procedures.

Knowledge of bakery, café, or hospitality operations is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Bengaluru.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, as required by retail and F&B; operations.
