- Handle and follow up on franchise sales leads
- Make calls and explain franchise opportunities
- Schedule & conduct virtual/F2F meetings
- Convert prospects into successful franchise closures
- Build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners
- Travel locally for meetings and business development
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
- Languages: Telugu & English mandatory
- Experience: Franchise Sales / Education / Business Development preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up & closure skills
- Attitude: Go-getter with robust sales orientation
